TAL BEN-SHAHAR is an author and speaker who taught at two of Harvard's biggest courses: Positive Psychology and The Psychology of Leadership. Today, Tal is a consultant for executives of multinational corporations and speaks to thousands of people worldwide. The subjects of his lectures include leadership, happiness, education, innovation, ethics, self-esteem, resilience, goal-setting, and awareness. His books are bestsellers around the globe and have been translated into more than 25 languages.

MARIA SIROIS is a clinical psychologist, consultant and speaker who focuses on human well-being and resilience in times of difficulty or change. Maria delivers deep personal development and leadership experiences to corporations, professionals from diverse backgrounds, and families. Maria has also published two books: "The Short Course in Happiness After Loss," linking the science of Positive Psychology and the art of resilience to original and practical content for coping with difficulties, and "Every Day Counts" life and wisdom of sick children she dealt with, revealing the importance of living in the present.

FABIO ROSE is the Director of Human Resources at L’Oréal Brasil. Two times winner of the Brazilian Human Resources Top of Mind Award. He was chosen as the best HR manager at the 19th and 20th edition of the Top of Mind Award, sponsored by Fênix Editora, which recognizes professionals and companies that excel in corporate segments.

ALEJANDRO ADLER is the Director of International Education at the Positive Psychology Center at the University of Pennsylvania. He works under the leadership of Martin Seligman, the founder of Positive Psychology. His research is focused on welfare, education, skills and public policy. Currently, Alejandro is working with the government of several countries, including Bhutan, Nepal, India, Mexico, Peru, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Jordan and Colombia to bring positive education to schools in these nations and measure the impact of such intervention on the well-being of young people.

Martin Seligman is considered the father of positive psychology. Phd in Psychology, founder and coordinator of the Master's Program in Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania (USA).

David L. Cooperrider is a PhD in Organizational Psychology and one of the creators of Appreciative Inquiry (IA). Organizational change methodology focused on innovation and positive change.

Rony Meisler CEO of the company Reserva is one of the leaders of Conscious Capitalism in Brazil. He states that "a dream to be big first needs to be good". Conscious Capitalism is a good dream that only gets larger and larger in Brazil. In our interview, Rony tells us how to substitute the complaining culture for the transformation culture in business.
